The steps
- Pick a template. Nordic, Gallery, Homeplan or Almanac.
- Add your photos. They fill the cover and the months in order.
- Choose dates and paper. Year or one month, Sunday or Monday start, Letter or A4.
- Download the PDF. It is made on your device, ready to print.
Tips for good photos
- Choose the shape: the templates crop photos to fit. Landscape photos suit portrait pages with a photo on top.
- Order matters: add your photos in the order you want: cover first, then January to December.
- Use the preview: step through the pages with ‹ and › to check each month before you download.
Printing tips
- Print at 100% / “Actual size” so the page is not shrunk.
- Choose the same paper size in the print dialog as in the maker (US Letter or A4).
- For a year calendar, print one-sided and staple or bind at the top.
Your photos never leave your device
The PDF is built by your own browser. Photos are read from your device, placed on the pages and saved into the file on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us or anyone else, and there is no account.
Your settings and the birthdays you add are saved in this browser (local storage) so they are there next time. Photos are not saved.
Questions and answers
What paper should I use?
Any printer paper works. Heavier paper or photo paper makes photos look better and the pages sturdier. Check what your printer supports.
Why does my calendar print with a white edge?
Most home printers cannot print to the very edge. The templates keep text and dates inside a safe margin, so nothing important is cut off.
How are week numbers counted?
Weeks run Monday to Sunday, and week 1 is the week that contains the first Thursday of the year. This is the system used in most of Europe.
Can I use HEIC photos from an iPhone?
Safari on iPhone and Mac can read HEIC. Other browsers may not; if a photo is not accepted, save it as JPG first.
Where are my birthdays saved?
In your browser's local storage on this device. If you clear your browser data or switch device, they are gone.
